PayPoint Connect accreditation is something that is granted to an EPoS provider, by PayPoint, by working through a set of criteria to implement the integration between the PayPoint Mini device and the supplier’s EPoS system, to provide retailers with integrated card and PayPoint services.
**Four-hour swaps to be met in 95% of qualifying swap calls, which are subject to PayPoint contact centre technical service hours and swap service operator hours.
